1 Service Description

RankLens is a software service for technical SEO auditing, website crawling, search performance analysis and prioritized optimization recommendations. The Service crawls submitted URLs using a headless browser, stores crawl history and reports, and may provide Google Search Console integration and optional AI-assisted content analysis.

RankLens identifies potential issues and recommends actions; it does not automatically edit, repair or deploy changes to customer websites. SEO scores and recommendations are indicative tools, not official Google metrics or guarantees of results.

2 Eligibility & Accounts

Access to RankLens is currently granted manually by the administrator. The following rules apply to your account:

• You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials.
• Accounts are for the authorized user only and must not be shared.
• Only one active session is permitted per account. Signing in on a second device may terminate the first session.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify the administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3 Plans & Payment

RankLens is available under three plans: Basic, Growth, and Pro. Each plan has defined limits on projects, pages per crawl, and available features.

• Payment is arranged directly with the administrator.
• Access is granted upon confirmed payment.
• Plan limits are enforced automatically by the system.
• Upgrades take effect after administrator confirmation.
• The applicable price, currency, taxes, payment instructions and plan limits will be communicated directly before payment.
• Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

4 Cancellation, Refunds & Plan Changes

Contact the administrator to request a plan change, cancellation or refund. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. This discretion does not override any mandatory statutory refund or digital-service rights under applicable law.

Any applicable billing period, cancellation effective date and proration will be confirmed in the relevant written payment arrangement.

5 Acceptable Use

You may use RankLens only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass plan limits or access controls.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data or sessions.
• Submitting malicious URLs designed to exploit the crawler or server.
• Using the Service to conduct attacks against third-party systems.
• Automated or scripted abuse of the API beyond normal usage.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, decompiling or reverse-engineering protected parts of the Service, except where prohibited by applicable law.
• Violating third-party rights, privacy or intellectual-property rules.

6 Crawling & Third-Party Sites

RankLens crawls websites on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that each crawl is lawful and that you have the rights or permissions required for the website and data concerned.

• You must respect applicable robots.txt directives, website terms, access restrictions, privacy rights and intellectual-property rights.
• Do not use RankLens to bypass authentication, technical restrictions or prohibitions on automated access.
• The administrator is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your crawling activity.
• RankLens includes SSRF protection intended to prevent the crawler from accessing internal network resources.

7 Intellectual Property

You retain the rights you hold in URLs, content and data you submit. You grant RankLens a limited, non-exclusive right to access, process, store and display that material only as needed to provide, maintain and secure the Service.

• SEO reports and analysis generated for your account belong to you and may be used for your own business purposes.
• RankLens and its operator retain all rights in the Service's software, design, interface, algorithms, scoring systems and trademarks.
• No ownership of the underlying software or scoring systems is transferred to you.
• White-labeling or resale rights are not granted unless separately agreed in writing.

8 Google Integration & AI

Google Search Console and AI features depend on third-party services and may be subject to their terms and availability.

• The Google Search Console integration requests the webmasters.readonly scope — read access only. RankLens does not make changes to your Search Console account.
• When you activate Content AI, selected page title, description, headings, keywords and word count are sent to Groq. Your Groq API key is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never sent to or stored on RankLens servers.
• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular site. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before implementing them.

9 Availability & Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, crawl limits, website restrictions, JavaScript behavior and data delays may affect results.

We may make reasonable changes to features, limits or infrastructure for technical, security or legal reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable and legally required. No service-level agreement or service credits are promised unless expressly agreed in writing.

10 No SEO Outcome Guarantee

Search rankings, traffic, conversions and revenue depend on many factors outside RankLens's control. SEO reports are snapshots and may not reflect every page, signal or change on a website.

RankLens does not guarantee a particular ranking, traffic increase, conversion rate or business result. Recommendations are informational and should be evaluated before implementation.

11 Suspension & Termination

The administrator may suspend or terminate your access to RankLens for any of the following reasons:

• Material breach of these Terms of Service.
• Non-payment or payment disputes.
• Account sharing or credential abuse.
• Suspected abuse or security risks.
• Legal compliance requirements or activity harmful to the Service or other users.

Where appropriate and practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination. Access may end immediately where necessary to protect the Service, users or third parties, or where required by law.

You may request an export of your crawl data prior to termination where access remains available. Following account closure, eligible data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention requirements.

12 Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce particular SEO results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud or intentional misconduct.

13 Privacy & Confidentiality

The Privacy Policy explains how RankLens processes personal data and forms part of these Terms. You must not submit confidential, sensitive or restricted content unless the Service and your agreement expressly support it.

Each party should protect non-public confidential information received from the other in connection with the Service and use it only as needed for the relationship. Where RankLens processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, the parties will enter into a data processing agreement where required.

14 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, security or product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or to the contact associated with the account, with reasonable advance notice where required.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia, subject to mandatory rules that apply to the user and the transaction. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.

Nothing in this clause removes mandatory consumer rights or access to a competent court or authority.
